The sound bath is amazing. It's the second time I've done it and I find it the most therapeutic for the deregulated nervous system.Only with this sound healing am I able to sleep like I did years ago... And the effect lasts for several days!!Thank you very much Paula, for your dedication, your instruments and your know-how. Totally recommended.

I was celebrating my birthday with friends and the truth is that we didn't know where we were going, we took this activity because we thought it was interesting and the truth is that it was a very special and fun morning. We did different dynamics where we ended up crying with laughter and Paula finished the session doing some very entertaining and pleasant relaxation activities. Thank you so much!!
I give it a five without hesitation, the atmosphere of the center invites you to leave tensions outside of it, Paula develops the classes with extensive knowledge and I have felt comfortable with her way of transmitting it to us, she also made valuable resources available to us daily to keep in mind what you have learned. In summary, each class has been an incredible experience of calm and full attention to myself and that is why I recommend it!
